Description:  Based at Source Cookery School, Sligo, this is a hands-on course including cookery lessons on how to make breads, soups, dips, jams, etc, with extra classes on how to market and label your produce.   Participants will be able to sit their environmental health certificate exam as well as learn the opportunities that country markets and Farmers markets offer for small businesses.   This course is perfect for anyone looking to get involved in small scale food enterprise.
