Mayo Leadership in Business Programme

Mayo Ideas Lab and HPSU Skillnet have come together to run a Leadership in Business programme in Belmullet over the period October to November 2010.   The objective is this programme is to support senior executives in developing their strategic and leadership skills, to enable them position their companies for future success.
 
Who?
This programme is aimed at CEOs and high level managers of Small & Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in County Mayo
 
What?                 
The programme comprises five modules, each with a separate theme, as outlined below.  The programme will be delivered by a series of experienced trainers, and each session will incorporate a presentation from a successful Irish entrepreneur and / or strategist.
 
Module 1             Leadership          October 1st and 2nd
Module 2             Innovation          October 15th and 16th
Module 3             Strategy               October 29th & 30th
Module 4             Sales                      November 12th & 13th
Module 5             Marketing           November 26th & 27th
 
Where?
The programme will be held in Aras Inis Gluaire Civic Centre, Belmullet.
 
How much?
The programme costs €590 per company, and this covers attendance by up to two employees.  If required, companies may send different participants to some or all of the modules.  This programme is being subsidised by HPSU Skillnet.
 
Guest Speakers
Guest speakers will include Raomal Perera, founder of a number of successful Irish-based technology firms, including Network 365 and ISOCOR;  Terence Monaghan, ex CEO of BetaTHERM Corporation and current CEO of TCRS Ltd; and author, trainer and entrepreneur, Yanky Fachler.
