'Train the Trainer' course now enrolling

Castlebar Regional Training Centre will deliver a three-day FETAC Level 6, 'Train-the Trainer' course which is open to the public.This course is designed to bring a new trainer or indeed a more established staff trainer through the key areas of designing, delivering training and imparting knowledge to the delegates in line with all the best practice up to date training techniques.

The emphasis during training will be on high levels of participation to ensure that delegates develop their confidence as well as their competence. The course is based on best practice within the training industry

It provides the successful participant with a Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) Certification and matches the stringent criteria laid down by FÁS for registration on the FAS National Register of Trainers. On successful completion of the programme individuals may apply for registration subject to fulfilling all other requirements for the register www.fas.ie

Castlebar Regional Training Centre will deliver this three day course on Monday 7th-Wednesday 9th November 2011. This Train the Trainer programme offered by ECSL is accredited by FETAC.
