The objective is to demonstrate how financial information could be used to assist in strategic decisions that will help grow the business and the practical implications for implementing. On 20th Oct, Enterprise Ireland will host a 'Restructuring' workshop in West Park, Shannon, Co Clare. The topics will focus on the early warning signs of a cash crisis, how to restructure debt and look at the differences between insolvency, receivership, examinership and liquidation.
