Over the past few months JCI Ireland have been scouring the country to find Ireland’s friendliest business. The businesses in the running to becoming JCI Ireland's Friendliest Business have been nominated by the public. The mystery shoppers have been out all over the country, the numbers have been whittled down and one of this years finalists in the running to becoming Ireland's Friendliest Business is Mayo business, HealthWest Community Pharmacy.
JCI Ireland will be announcing the winner of this year’s Friendly Business Awards at 7pm on Friday the 7th of October, the first day of their National Convention in Galway. The JCI Friendly Business Awards recognise the important role that local industry plays in the continuous development and improvement of our country. The project aims to award friendly businesses, ones that go that extra mile and provide outstanding customer service for their clients and their community. It is particularly important in this economic environment to highlight businesses that don't allow their standards to slip and continue to provide quality services. The competition is being judged on the following criteria. 1. Customer Care / Friendliness 2. Eco Friendliness 3. Shop Layout & Design 4. Disability Access 5. The Friendly X factor. These five categories are the key contributors to the makeup of a business which has its customer as its number one priority.
