Sligo Business Wins 2011 Net Visionary Digital Marketing Award

Sligo-based digital marketing agency Bua Marketing fought off stiff competition to win the prestigious Net Visionary Awards 2011 Best in Digital Marketing category.
The Irish Internet Association winners were announced at an awards ceremony in the National Gallery on Friday, September 30th.
Established by Aoife Porter in 2009 and located in IT Sligo’s Innovation Centre, Bua Marketing is an award-winning, innovative and dynamic marketing agency which delivers digital marketing services including social media, email marketing, online advertising, search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies to a wide variety of customers including IT Sligo, the Western Development Commission, Good4U Healthfoods, Fastcom Telecom and others.
Speaking about this year’s awards Joan Mulvihill, CEO of the Irish Internet Association said, “All of the winning businesses have proven their commitment to excellence in this fast-paced and dynamic sector. Unlike any other awards, all those shortlisted were voted winners by their peers showing the best spirit of competition, community and collaboration.”
David Curtin, the CEO of IE Domain Registry, which was the main sponsor of this year’s awards described the winning companies and individuals as the “best of the best” of the industry in Ireland.
