Sligo Cookery School - Catering Skills Course

Source Sligo Cookery School will be hosting a part time Catering Skills course.

This course is offered to those with a passion for food and a desire to learn and develop their interest in the catering industry.

It provides an opportunity to develop practical skills and the acquisition of related knowledge on a part-time basis.
Participants will be provided with the basic knowledge and skills with which to practice and seek employment or work experience in a variety of food businesses.

The Catering Skills course is also available to people who are on Jokseekers allowance who wish to up skill and improve employment chances.
