Show your support at the North Leitrim Glens Run

The North Leitrim Glens 10km and Half Marathon run will be taking place this Saturday, the 10th September.

The inaugural run that took place last year on the 11th September 2010, proved to be a very popular and successful event with over 580 walkers/runners taking part. The event was run to promote health and fitness, the North West area and in the process, rose over €11,000 for the North West Hospice.

This year, the North Leitrim Glens Run committee hopes to be able to grow on last year’s success, again with a focus on health promotion, the local area and with a view to supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Sligo-Leitrim Mountain Rescue Service.
