The first 6 Programmes of Sligo CEB's Autumn Training Schedule are now live on the Sligo CEB website here.

• ‘Start Your Own Business’ Programmes – a must for someone you may know who is thinking of becoming their own boss!
• A one-day ‘Costing & Pricing’ Workshop which will help you to ensure your products & services are priced properly, how to control costs using a costing template, & the link between cost control & business viability.
• A one-day ‘Advanced Selling on eBay’ Workshop which includes how to set up & manage your eBay shop, Smart Selling & ‘Best Match’ – how to ensure your products will be found on eBay!
• A 6-week ( 1 session per week ) ‘Delivering Quality Service through Effective People Management & H.R.’ Programme – delivered by Sue Baird, one of our most popular Trainers. This practical, hands-on Programme enables you, the business owners/manager, to ensure improved performance & service delivery from your employees through such measures as: establishing clear procedures, outlining expectations and employee targets. The Prog. also enables you to establish a H.R. system compliant with all existing H.R. & Employment Legislation.
• A ‘Basic Book-keeping & Taxation’ Programme – offered as a ‘follow-up’ to the ‘Start Your Own Business’ Prog.; this Prog. shows you how to establish a basic book-keeping system, together with your Revenue responsibilities, whether you need to register for VAT, how to prepare a VAT return, a Month-end summary, etc.
