We are delighted to announce this month’s competition is in association with the award-winning Castlemine Farm, Castlemine, Co Roscommon.

Castlemine Farm is a family-run farm located in the heart of the Roscommon countryside. The farm is run by brothers Derek and Brendan Allen, who are the latest of several generations to care for the land.  Castlemine produce the highest quality grass fed beef and lamb, traditional outdoor reared pork, and outdoor reared poultry.
