Collooney Community Enterprises Ltd, a community owned enterprise development company, has two facilities located at Collooney Business Park in County Sligo.

The Collooney Community Enterprise Centre is in existence since 2000 and provides 12,000 ft.² of workspace for start-up and expanding enterprises with a mix of office and manufacturing units. As a not for profit company their goal is to provide businesses with affordable workspace and with a flexible range of lease options. They currently have one office unit measuring 700 ft.² and a manufacturing unit of 2644 ft.² available for rent.

In recent times the company has focused on providing specialised workspace in response to forecasts for growth in key areas such as Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device Industries. The Northwest Life Sciences Facility has three units which are architecturally designed with provision for custom-built Cleanroom Suites, which they will finance. They will also provide new tenants with the services of the Cleanroom Consultant who has many years experience in this field.
