- Entry is open to all recipients except employees of the WDC, Lough Eske Castle , The Source Sligo and their families.
- The promoter of this competition is LookWest.ie and the Western Development Commission.
- All photo entries must be located in any of the seven counties in the Western Region; Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Mayo, Galway and Clare.
- To enter the competition, participants must submit their entry on LookWest.ie's Facebook page before Aug 5th
- To vote, participants must vote via the voting poll available on LookWest.ie’s Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/lookwest from Aug 5th-24th.
- The voting process is open from Aug 5th -24th
- All entries are subject to moderation. Any inappropriate content will be removed immediately.
- Photos will be shortlisted for the vote through a combination of a judging panel and public popularity on Facebook.
- The winner and runner up will be chosen by public vote.
- All prizes are non-transferable.
- Photos entered into the competition may be displayed on the website of LookWest.ie.
- By entering the competition, you automatically agree to be signed up to the Look West newsletter. If you do not wish to receive newsletters from Look West you can simply choose to unsubscribe.
- The Lough Eske prize will include 2 nights B&B with 1 evening meal for four people.
- The possibility of an adjoining room is subject to availability there is no guarantee that these rooms will be given.
- During the winter months i.e. the start of November until the end of March, our hotel closes from Sunday afternoon until Thursday afternoon and therefore mid-week nights will not be available at this time.
- The duration to redeem the prize will be August 31st 2011 – August 31st 2012.
- The winner will choose one activity from fishing, golf or surfing and all four members of the group can participate. There is no option for a choice of more than one activity for the group.

- By entering this photo competition entrants cannot enforce ownership rights over the photograph if LookWest.ie decides to use the photos for promotional use.
